Courtyard Rochester East / Penfield

Bigger sized room with a small sofa and desk chair. Good lighting and good bathroom.

Awesome room (on roadside of building so a bit noisy) but overall an excellent experience, super friendly staff, great location

Breakfast was sufficient but not complimentary. Bagels, cereal, fruit, coffee, juice. Donna was exceptional. Chris was also very helpful and accommodating.

Chris at the front desk helped us out with our reservation. He was excellent. We actually had made a mistake on the day of our arrival and he was very understanding and helped us out. Andrea was also wonderful upon check-in. She understood our problem and did what she could.
